I have been interested in spiritual matters for many years and searched for ways in which to include the spiritual into a busy lifestyle. I am a fully qualified teacher of the Diana Cooper school and I can teach you beneficial, spiritual practices. I can also give spiritual advice and suggest ways in which you could realistically fit some of these practices into your everyday life. I can tailor make a spiritual development class or programme for you, to suit your needs - one to one. Alternatively you could attend one of the group workshops that I will be holding throughout the year. Or alternatively I can travel to you - anywhere within a reasonable travelling distance, in which case a no-profit charge will be made for travel expenses.
